1. Program description

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program (the "Program") operated by NORTH LIFE GROUP LLC, a licensed insurance agency doing business as the Trucker Advocate program. By providing your mobile number and opting in on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Types of messages you may receive

Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive:

Transactional messages — account alerts, appointment reminders, application updates, and service notifications.
Marketing & promotional messages — insurance product information, special offers, and program updates.

Marketing consent is separate and optional, and is never required to submit a form, receive a quote, or make a purchase.

5. How to opt out (STOP) & get help (HELP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
